Enlisted men and women make up the bulk of the U.S. Armed Forces. They are recruited by the service branch and usually sign a two or three year contract to serve. They execute the tasks of their specialties, and may rise to be enlisted leaders based on proficiency at their job and/or personal conduct while serving.
