Today, I am proud to be an America. Today is not about anything but love. I will tell you right now I am not black, I am not white, red, brown, yellow, purple or any other color. I am Human.
I was born in America to American parents and grandparents. I have never known the struggles of anything my ancestors went through. My only struggle was learning the difference between and iPhone 4 and 4s. I have never been a slave, I have never had to beg on the streets, I have never needed to hide my identity.
I do not believe in racism, I don’t care who you are as long as you love one another. You mess with me and threaten my family, you will get one hell of a rude awakening.
I believe we are all HUMAN and we should act like one human family. We should lift each other up and not tear each other down. We should see the world in all it’s beauty and not destroy it with hate.
Everyone has a right to live freely in America. But everyone also has the right to refuse something they don’t believe in. I will not jam my religion down your throat but do not take away my right to express myself. You want to get rid of guns? Fine, do so in YOUR house. You want to get rid of GOD? Fine, do it in YOUR house. Why do you feel the need to spread your views on me? If you do not believe in same sex marriage then don’t watch one! Don’t believe in GOD, then do not go to church. There are men and women all around the world that are fighting for YOUR freedom to do as you please. Don’t like the American Flag? Don’t fly one, but don’t you dare deface the flag I believe in. Don’t like the confederate flag? Don’t fly one.
