Our pro-military legislation ensures additional support for military spouses and families. Under Ohio law, unemployment compensation is available to military spouses. We also provide Medicaid waivers for military families with special needs dependents. And to help you and your military spouse reach your higher education goals, active-duty military and their families can start or continue their education at in-state tuition rates.
