President Trump and the First Lady welcomed the Wounded Warrior Project to the White House today, April 26th in honor of the “Soldier Ride.”
This 4 day biking journey for veterans starts in Washington DC and goes across the country; it is a way for veterans of all branches to join together and achieve something great.
Trump spoke to the Wounded Warriors surrounding him on stage,
“You are the backbone of our liberty, you are the protectors of our community, and you are the proud, beating heart of our magnificent nation.”
Trump also acknowledged our favorite people (YOU!) with a standing ovation,
“We also want to thank…these are amazing people, the military spouses and families. Their love and dedication and support is really the foundation of our military might. We give them a lot of credit.”
