For US Marine Corps Protege Dennis Kaskovich, his ACP Mentor made all the difference:
“In 2017, my family and I decided we were ready to retire after 28 years in the Marine Corps. As a Military Police Officer, I felt very apprehensive about my opportunities in the corporate world as I felt my military experiences would not translate well.
When I met Doug through ACP, he was quick to give me sound and relevant advice that gave me the confidence I needed to pursue executive level corporate jobs. With his regular mentorship and guidance, I was able to navigate a very challenging hiring process, which resulted in an executive leadership position in a large company in San Diego.
Throughout the entire interview and hiring process, Doug gave me sage advice, which I personally believe gave me the special edge needed to land the job. Since I only had two days to transition from active duty to the corporate world, I was ill-prepared for my first six months.
