If you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoy helping others, customer service may be for you! Customer service representatives work in a variety of industries, including retail, healthcare, utilities, banking, tech, and more. The best part? While there are certain customer service positions that require certain expertise—such as technical support—most companies don’t require a lot of experience for this type of position, meaning that you could snag a remote position as a total beginner.
