If you’re in need of frames, members get access to an Exclusive Collection of over 200 frames, each valued up to $195. The best part? You pay nothing out-of-pocket for any of these frames. If you want ones that aren’t in this collection, Standard and High Option members get a generous frame allowance. In fact, our High Option $200 frame allowance covers about 90% of national retailers’ frames in full, on average.

BCBS FEP Vision will also cover up to two in-network vision care exams for members 13 and under, and members over 13 with specific conditions. If their prescription changes, kids 13 and under can get a second covered pair of frames and lenses. Members with specific conditions can get a second pair of lenses, too.
