4) The Senators and Representatives who stood by the military and refused to bow to political pressure– Let’s face it, every one of those men and women who stood up for us and showed the country what a true patriot looks like should be embraced by us.
5) Courage– this last one will be the hardest to embrace because it requires me to do something I’m terrified of: go back to college. This entire “dishonest thievery” going on in congress pressed several writers to encourage others to stand up and run for office- fix this “suck” from the top. The first step, for me, is to go back to school and acquire a degree that will help me to assist my fellow military spouses and men and women in righting this wrong that’s been done to us. If I’m going to embrace ANY suck, it’s going to be the one that leads us to victory.
